2.2. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases, including virtual currency, items, premium features, or subscriptions, are generally non-refundable. These items are considered fully delivered upon purchase and are consumed immediately when used within our games or applications.

However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests for in-app purchases on a case-by-case basis, such as:

  • Accidental purchases (particularly by minors without parental consent)

2.3. Website Purchases

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered and is no longer eligible for a refund unless the product is defective.

3. Subscription Services

3.1. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

3.2. Free Trial Periods

If you subscribe to a service with a free trial period, you will not be charged until the free trial period ends. If you do not wish to continue with the paid subscription, you must cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged.
